By accessing and using PridePixels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Service

PridePixels is a digital collaborative art project. By "claiming" a pixel, you are purchasing a digital spot on our grid to display your chosen color, avatar, and message. You do not obtain any legal ownership of the website or its underlying code.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

We are a community-driven project celebrating diversity. Therefore, the following content is strictly prohibited on any pixel:

• Hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Illegal content or promotion of illegal acts.

We reserve the right to remove any pixel content that violates these terms without a refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Since this is a digital product with instant delivery (reservation of space and certificate generation), all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the grid online indefinitely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
